Love in Filmcity - Debut Novel
Love in Filmcity is an ode to the Hindi film industry, set in 2019 Mumbai. It explores love in all its forms—support, passion, disappointment, loyalty, and more—through real and reel-life stories, blending drama, poetry, and music. The story follows small-town dreamers striving to make their mark in the industry, while examining how their ambitions shape their relationships.
The narrative also highlights underrepresented topics like casting dusky actresses, supporting the LGBTQIA+ community, and criticizing the publicity-driven culture of fake relationships. It touches on the role of media and how the COVID-19 pandemic shifted the industry's focus from theatres to streaming platforms, bringing in new stories and talent.
Conceived in 2019, Love in Filmcity is a passion project, developed over three years into a published novel.
Flipkart Minutes
I worked as the director’s assistant to Ashim Ahluwalia on Flipkart Minutes, a whirlwind three-day shoot with insane schedules. It was a wild, fast-paced ride, where crew sync was key and the pressure was on! The chaos sharpened my work ethics chops, and I had a blast every step of the way.
max URB_N
I was the assistant producer on Max URB_N Shuffle It Up, a vibrant fashion film for Max's new line. My first-ever set experience was a wild ride—juggling client vibes, agency sync-ups, and rocking the photoshoot like a pro. It was a crash course in on-set chaos, and I loved every minute of it!
House of Thrills: The Anthology
My dad and I co-wrote Coach A-1, a spine-chilling tale in the anthology House of Thrills. This horror-thriller unravels the raw, haunting force of feminine rage, lurking in the shadows. It was a thrilling ride, crafting a story where dark emotions come alive to terrify and grip the soul.
2 Biscuits - A Documentary
This student-produced documentary aims to create awareness and spark a dialogue about the often-overlooked issue of animal sexual abuse, exploring the psychological and physiological impact on victims, societal factors, and the need for legal and social reforms to protect the voiceless.

Poem Anthology
In my poem for "Incoherent Scars," I explore the raw vulnerability of grappling with past hurts. Through vivid imagery of suffocation and confusion, the poem delves into the cyclical nature of self-doubt. The speaker acknowledges the desire to externalize blame, yet confronts the internal narrative that fuels the emotional turmoil. The "incoherent scars" symbolize the lingering effects of past experiences, a complex web of emotions that complicates healing. This piece offers a glimpse into the struggle to reconcile love and self-criticism, highlighting the journey towards emotional clarity.
This adaptation of The Cold Within reimagines James Patrick Kinney’s poem in an Indian setting, where a group huddles around a dying fire, refusing to share their logs. As the cold outside mirrors the coldness within their hearts, the story powerfully explores the destructive consequences of prejudice
They didn't die from the cold without, they died from the cold within
